R13 Preview: Melbourne vs Sydney
June 19th 2008 11:17
Melbourne comes into this match with five losses and a new chairman in Jim Stynes. On the other hand, Sydney is flying with five wins, and sitting pretty in the top four for the first time this season.
The Dees have shown to be competitive against top teams in the eight, having taken Geelong, Hawthorn and Collingwood to within three goals each. Will they put up another fight like this against the Swans?
Can the Swans win their sixth game in a row and join the top three as the only teams to win half a dozen in a row? Will this firm up their premiership intentions?
Who will kick the goals for the Demons with no David Neitz and Russell Robertson? Brad Greene did the job last week, but will he do it again this time around against a stronger defence?
