Neon Leon raches 150 games

Collingwood small forward Leon Davis is set to play his 150th game against the Demons in the traditional Queen's Birthday match today.
He will become the first indigenous player to represent the black and white army 150 times, and will want to put on a show for his fans.
"Just playing 150 games is pretty extraordinary in itself... yeah (I'm) very proud,” Davis told Collingwood TV.
"No honestly I didn’t (think he would play 150 games). I just sort of took it as it was and didn’t really think too much into it.
"I love playing footy and just thought I’d enjoy the ride as long as I could."
Taken as pick 34 in the 1999 draft, the 26-year-old West Australian has been in scintillating form, venturing out of the forward line, and playing more in the midfield. His efforts were recognised when he played for the Dream Team against Victoria.
Davis has been averaging 17 touches and two goals per game, making him a targeted man by the opposition.
I’m not stuck in the forward pocket any more, although I do like to kick a good goal every now and then," Davis added with a grin.
"But getting up into the midfield frees you up and you tend to get a bit more of the ball which is good."
"Consistency is something that I knew I had to work on. I used to drift in and out of games, so just to be a bit more consistent is good and something I work hard on."
Collingwood will go into the match against Melbourne as favourites, and will want to win for Leon Davis' sake, and to improve their position on the ladder.
